Dynamic Revive / Friendly Down Symbol

Hey guys,


A random suggestion / just wondering other's opinions.


There are a lot of players in the server who are willing to wait for a revive when they get downed. There are also a lot of players who prefer to re-spawn, or have little patience.


As someone who revives everyone they can, it can get annoying when someone gets downed, you leave your position/situation for them, and they re-spawn after a few seconds. You can try to ask but even if comms are silent enough for a response, you can't expect one from every player anyway.


It would be great if you could disable this symbol somehow. I can't think of an effective way besides adding an option in the player menu (tilde), which those people probably wouldn't use. Maybe have a script running to monitor a player's re-spawn : revive ratio and disable the symbol (with a message / popup) at a certain point?


Not sure everyone / anyone would agree with this sentiment. Personally I notice that after dying while running to a down friendly who respawns after I said I was coming to revive them multiple times I end up with less motivation to push to revive others later, just because it gets annoying :P.

Hey.


This simply isnt a big enough issue for SaMatra to put coding effort towards this problem. Just waiting a few seconds to see what the other player does before leaving cover to revive other person should solve your issue.
